Isn't it interesting how the menu has to adjust for us to get our other jobs done! One can only multi-task so far!!!
It's why I don't really 'get' Rachel Ray and her 30 minute meals. I mean, I don't have 30 minutes to spend making a meal! Most things I make take 5 min. to prepare then cooks in the oven/stove/crockpot. Another few minutes to finish prepping for supper and we're done.
