Starting school this week. Should have most of the fruit/vegetable preserving done for this year but I might do one more batch of tomatoes. I'd like to try canning some meals this year. But first I need this heat to settle down. Most of last week (and today) we've been flirting around 40C (104F) with humidity. That is just too hot for me to function properly and it's so hard on Colin in the combine (basically a mobile greenhouse-ha ha).
