Just a couple Happy pictures to share this week.
Our chickies arrived safe and sound Tuesday. We've got 24 new little Black S-x Link pullets.
A pullet is a hen under 1. On a side not, if you want to drive Colin's
dad crazy say 'chicken and rooster'. So many people (and children's
books) don't know that it's hens and roosters and that they are all chickens. This ends the husbandry section of today's post :)
