I didn't bother with Menu Plan Monday this week because there really isn't much planned. I did a beef roast on the BBQ yesterday (1 hour per pound with half the burners on low). So we'll be eating variations of that most of the week. I've got a chicken to do on Thursday for the rest of the week. I made pizza on the BBQ for lunch today and that will last a few days too.
I've been working on my petticoat border. I've got 1 m more or less finished. It's been so hot so I've been reading a lot.
