Menu Plan Monday -5 January 2015

Burr, someone must have left the freezer door open this week.  It was -19C today but at least it was bright and sunny.  I don't mind the cold too much but wish we had more snow.  Colin is very happy not to be taking care of pigs any more.  Frozen pipes and outside work are not fun when it's this cold.  Instead he vacuumed upstairs which is great and keeps me out of the dust.

Monday:

French toast

spaghetti

Tuesday:

pancakes

hot beef and roast potatoes (beef in freezer from Boxing day)

Wednesday:

pizza

groceries

Thursday:

lunch meat sandwiches

turkey casserole (frozen from Christmas)

Friday:

turkey sandwiches

fish and chips

Saturday:

Danish goulash

leftover turkey casserole

Sunday:

crock pot chili (365 Slow Cooker Recipes)
