Menu Plan Monday a little late. Working on school, laundry and weeds -not necessarily in that order. Usually my violets are up far enough to keep the weeds down. But everything is so slow this year the weeds and the violets are coming up together.
Monday:
garden vegetable soup
leftover Russian brisket
Tuesday:
spaghetti
Wednesday:
shirred eggs
Hamburger Helper -I know it's not that good for you but sometimes you just want it
Thursday:
sandwich
l/o chicken
Friday:
tuna sandwich
Bavarian meatballs
Saturday:
perogies
l/o meatballs
Sunday:
meat & vegetable goulash
