Didn't get to the KFC-style chicken last week. There was lots of pork leftover so I made Bavarian beef pie but with the pork. So we'll try the chicken this week.
We're still in the deep freeze. It's been hard keeping the house at 18C (64.4F) so we've been wearing sweaters and socks these days. I am ready for spring. I don't look forward to the hot and humid weather, but I will be happy for warm!
