Fastnacht Day

Pancake day, Mardi Gras, Carnival, Fastnacht Day, Shrove Tuesday -no matter what you call it it's the last day before Ash Wednesday and the start of Lent.  This year's Shrove Tuesday found me busy making fastnachts (doughnuts) like last year.  I make doughnuts any time of the year, but I always try to make them today. 

I've decided to make Bunny number 2.  There seemed to be a lot of seaming and extra sewing with Bunny number 1.  I love that on Ravelry, you get to see other people's projects and hear any of their problems/complaints.  Stopped by Algonquin Sewing before dance and found some beautiful angora to use for the bunny body.  I'll have to get that started soon.
