Help Needed!

We really need to get the cold situation under control.  This is Ella's third cold this fall.  It's going to be a loooong winter.  Any suggestions out there?  Keep in mind Ella doesn't like vegetables (except apples and grapes) and won't eat anything that tastes weird or gross.

I also need some sewing help.  I am loving the side zipper idea I got from my bloggy friend.  But I need to figure out how to put in side seam pockets. I feel lopsided with a pocket only on one side.  I know it's possible but I can't seem to figure it out.

The best booster for her and your immune system is Carlson's Cod liver oil. It's not cheap, and it's only at health food stores, but a teaspoon a day will do wonders at preventing colds and other winter bugs.

hope this helps

ps the best way to serve it is stirred into a glass of morning juice, mine has a mild lemon flavour, although you can buy it plain, and I love it in OJ.

I don't know if Ella would like this or not but I find that eating lots of garlic and onions keeps are kids cold free (most of the time!). I like to cook it with everything so they don't even notice the taste. That said, my kids are NOT picky eaters at all and will eat pretty much anything.

Thanks for the suggestions.

The extra onions and garlic won't work. I do cook with some but if I added more Ella and the other picky person would just push it aside. But Daddy has no idea why Ella's a picky eater :)
