Yarn Along -9 March 2011

This week's Yarn Along shows how distracted I get with my knitting  :)  I always have more than one project on the go and often more than just knitting.  I picked up this wool last week at Michael's.  I was going to make toe-up socks for Ella, but they never seem to fit her feet properly.  I'm not sure why.  I'll have to try a different style toe-up and see how that fits.  So I ripped out those socks and started a pair from the top.  As you can see I've turned the heel and am working off the gusset stitches.  Ella can't wait till they are finished.

Today we are reading Tea for Ruby.  It's by the Duchess of York and illustrated by the lady who does the Fancy Nancy books.  It's very popular in our house.
