Menu Plan Monday -1 March 2010
Another Monday another Menu. Today is the first of March and it has come in like a lamb, a cold lamb but a lamb nonetheless. Guess that means March is going out like a lion -we'll see. I'm ready for spring. Kimberly over at Homeschooling a Handful is making me long for spring, sigh, those lucky west coast folks.

It's really crazy, the daffodils have nearly popped today! I did miss the snow though. Thanks for the link reminder, I was really tired and had ran out of menu ideas at that time, I just thought post it and get it out there! Glad to share some spring with you!
I'm ready for spring. It didn't help that the house was so cold this winter. I hope we have a good summer and the corn grows properly. It was so poor that it had no heat when burnt in the stove. The pigs had to eat extra to make up for the lack of calories too.
I know. That lucky women. I just sat quietly in a daze while I dreamed of smelling those flowers. Better yet the warmth! (I need to snap out of it. I choose to live the the great Midwest. Cold and all!)
