Bit of a change from my original menu for this week. The chicken wasn't thawed in time for Sunday, so everything gets shifted over one day :)
Monday:
mac & cheese and perogies for Momma
roast chicken and garlic bread
Tuesday:
cowboy casserole
leftover short ribs -Colin said he was very happy there were leftovers
Wednesday:
pancakes
leftover roast chicken
Thursday:
crescent dogs
roast pork and caramelized potatoes -from Heirloom Cooking
Friday:
grilled cheese
chicken enchiladas
Saturday:
Vermont corn chowder -yummy from the Heirloom Cooking book
leftover pork roast
Sunday:
sausage and potato casserole

I don't tend to plan my menus by the day, more like figuring out for the week, and then winging it every night. I really should do this more. Thanks for the ideas. I really like your blog.
