Oh look! Menu Plan Monday actually on a Monday! Nothing too exciting this weekend. Colin is working for the new neighbour a bit, so he was gone all day on Saturday. We went to Eganville for lunch out on Sunday, then I came home and had a nap -ha ha! I made a slight change to last week's menu. When I went to get the leftover ribs from the freezer I saw the package of chicken wings. Since I can only make wings when Ella's not home (crazy child) I decided to pull out the wings instead. I planned to make the honey lime wings that we like, but somehow I'm out of lime juice. So I hit up Pinterest and found Garlic Parmesan wings. They were yummy and didn't fill my house with smoke like the honey-lime ones do sometimes.
Busy finishing up the house tidy before Advent starts and we have supper out with friends coming up this week too.
