Menu Plan Monday -8 January 2018

Today should be back to normal, but Ella’s snowed in over at Grandma’s (and watching over Grandma and her cough).  We’ve got probably close to 8 inches of new snow.  After a swing of 40 degrees in 24 hours it finally doesn’t hurt to walk outside.  For the first time since Christmas it’s actually pleasant to be outside.

Funny, how hard it is to take a picture of snow.

So what’s on the menu this week?  I’m not sure what we’re doing on the weekend yet.

Monday:

crock pot goose -we were given some goose by the hunters using our land

Tuesday:

pizza

hot beef (I made a delicious sirloin tip roast on Sunday)

Wednesday:

French toast -found an Ella safe one to try

Mc Donald’s for our first night back at Guides

Thursday:

spaghetti

leftover goose

Friday:

BBQ roll-ups

Shanghai noodles

Saturday:
