Almost forgot it was Monday. I’m going to have to make some changes to my menu plan this week since the butcher didn’t make enough hams so we had roast beef for Easter supper.
Really needs to stop raining. There was lots of flooding in Pembroke and the river here is starting to get high too. Colin says it’s about where it used to be in the ‘good old days’. Considering he wants to start cropping it really needs to stop soon.
