Happy New Year!


Happy New Year!

Do you make resolutions?  I don't usually, no point -does anyone ever keep them?   This year I'm going to stop drinking caffeinated pop.  Hopefully I can stop drinking pop altogether.  I also want to start getting out and walking more.

Yeah, it's the same resolution for me every year - be more active and lose some weight, but I failed miserably on the weight part last year. :( I do try to get on the treadmill nearly every day, though.
