Yarn Along

This week's Yarn Along is a shrug for Ella.  I'm using Berroco Vintage.  It's a wool/acrylic blend and will hopefully pass the itchy test.  I must be honest here and tell you this particular shrug has actually been ripped out.  I made a really rookie mistake and cast on the wrong size of stitches.   The book is Nourishing Traditions, I haven't had a chance to delve into it too deeply but have heard good things.  I just hope it isn't too far 'out there' and doesn't spout too much unsubstantiated claims.
